■ General
WGFUG series vortex flowmeter is a flowmeter that measures the volume flow of gas, steam or liquid, the volume flow of standard condition or the mass flow according to the principle of Karman vortex street, and can be used as a flow transmitter in the automatic control system.
The instrument adopts advanced differential technology with isolation, shielding, filtering and other measures to overcome the problems of poor seismic resistance and small signal data disorder of similar products, and adopts unique sensor packaging technology and protective measures to ensure the reliability of the product. There are two types of products: basic type and compound type. The basic type measures single flow signal. The compound type can measure temperature, pressure and flow simultaneously. Each type has an integral and separate structure to adapt to different installation environments.

● No movable parts, long-term stability, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance
● The output of the sensor is pulse frequency, and its frequency is linear with the actual flow of the fluid being measured. The zero point has no drift, and the performance is very stable
● Various structural forms, including pipe type and plug-in flow sensors
● High accuracy, usually the measurement accuracy of liquid is 1.0%; The measurement accuracy of gas is ± 1.5%
● Wide measuring range, up to 1:20 in the range of Reynolds number 2X10 '~7X10 °
● Low pressure loss (about 1/4~1/2 of orifice flowmeter), belonging to energy-saving flow instrument
● Flexible installation method, which can be installed horizontally, vertically and obliquely at different angles according to different on-site process pipelines
● The noise elimination circuit and anti vibration sensor head are adopted, with constant anti environmental vibration performance
● Ultra low power consumption single chip microcomputer technology is adopted, and one 3V10AH lithium battery can be used for more than 5 years
● The non-linearity of the instrument coefficient is corrected by software to improve the measurement accuracy
● EPROM is used to protect the accumulated flow from power failure for more than 10 years
