WGFG series TORBAR flowmeter

■ General

WGFG series toba tube flowmeter is a new type of flow instrument developed based on the pitot tube velocity measurement principle. It is a multi hole self averaging flowmeter. The toba tube is also called flute tube, averaging tube, Annubar, Veriba, Ariba, etc.

The toba tube flowmeter has the characteristics of wide application range, stable operation, high accuracy, low operation cost, convenient installation and maintenance, etc. In a large number of steam and liquid measurement and gas measurement systems, the toba tube flowmeter is widely used to replace the high resistance loss standard orifice plate and standard nozzle flow sensor, which can greatly reduce the operating cost of the flow sensor and has great economic value. The products can be widely used for accurate measurement of volume flow or mass flow of various liquids, gases and steam in petroleum, refining, natural gas, chemical industry, water treatment, brewing and other industries.

Product measurement principle: When the fluid filled with the pipeline flows through the detection rod of the toba tube flowmeter, the total pressure hole on the front of the detection rod senses the average value of the total pressure of the fluid, and the static pressure hole on the back of the detection rod senses the static pressure value of the fluid. There is a definite relationship between the total pressure average value and the static pressure value and the fluid flow. We can measure the flow by measuring the differential pressure between them.
