The electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure the flow and send the flow signal to the controller. The flow controller can set the signal to be sent to the regulating valve for closing when the instantaneous flow reaches what value. You can also set the cumulative flow to reach a certain value for quantitative control. Electromagnetic flowmeter has good application effect in liquid medium measurement, accurate measurement, long service time and few failures. Only liquid with a certain conductivity can be measured.

The electromagnetic flowmeter can be used with any flow totalizer, and can also directly send signals to PLC and computer.

Main functions of the electromagnetic flowmeter: setting the lower limit of flow, setting the upper limit of flow, alarming the lower limit of flow, alarming the upper limit of flow, removing small signals, setting the range, alarming the empty pipe of the pipeline, alarming the instrument failure, outputting: pulse signal, outputting current signal.

Flow lower limit setting function: mainly used in some special places. When the flow is lower than the set value, an alarm will be given, and the operator will close the valve or shut down the pump as required.

Flow upper limit setting function: when the upper limit of flow is set, if the flow exceeds the upper limit, we can usually adjust the valve switch to a lower value.

Small signal removal function: It is mainly used for some places where there may be some interference. We ignore small interference signals by setting the small signal removal function.

The electromagnetic flowmeter can also perform batch control. With the batch control function, the instrument has a built-in batch controller, which can cooperate with the filling or feeding process for constant value batch control. If there is no need for too much cost, as long as the flowmeter has the accumulation function, let an operator stand in front of the flowmeter and press the pump stop button every time a given value is reached. This operation is also very reliable.
