■ General
WGFU series ultrasonic flowmeter is based on the principle of "velocity difference method" to measure the flow of clean and uniform liquid without high concentration suspended particles in the pipe. It adopts advanced multi pulse technology, digital signal processing technology and error correction technology, so that the flow meter can adapt to the environment of industrial site more easily, economically and accurately. The products have reached the advanced level at home and abroad, and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, water supply and drainage and other fields.
Measuring principle: When the ultrasonic beam propagates in the liquid, the flow of the liquid will cause a slight change in the propagation time, which is proportional to the flow rate of the liquid. When the flow is zero, the time required for the two sensors to transmit and receive sound waves is exactly the same (only the technology that can actually measure the zero flow). When the liquid flows, the sound wave transmission time in the countercurrent direction is greater than that in the downstream direction.
