■ General

WGLDY series impulse liquid level gauge is a liquid level measuring instrument composed of pressure sensor, gas collector assembly and impulse pipe assembly. When the gas collecting cylinder sinks into the measured liquid, the air in the gas collecting cylinder is subjected to the pressure of the measured liquid, and the pressure is transmitted to the pressure measuring sensitive element through the impulse pipe, diaphragm and silicone oil. At this time, the pressure on the sensitive element is:

Pb - back pressure of sensing element (MPa)

When measuring the open vessel (Pc=0) and the back pressure of the sensing element is connected to the atmosphere (Pb=Pc), P=0.0098 p h means that the output signal of the pressure transmitter is proportional to the density of the liquid to be measured and the detection depth of the liquid.

The conductive liquid level gauge is not affected by medium bubbling, deposition, turbidity, etc., and has no operating parts, so it is easy to install and maintain. It is especially suitable for measuring liquid level in metallurgy, power, paper making, petroleum, chemical and other industries.
